Danbury, New Milford and Norwalk hospitals are now among the first Hospitals in Connecticut to accept cryptocurrency (crypto). Crypto expands the giving options available to donors – making it easy to contribute and helping to sustain a greater impact over time.

According to The Giving Block, which supplies the platform for processing cryptocurrency gifts to Nuvance Health as well as more than 1,500 nonprofits nationally, some 35 million people currently trade cryptocurrency in the United States. The Giving Block reports that last year, $69 million was donated to charity – a 1,558% increase from 2020.
